I was tagged to do the Summer Reader Book Tag by Ashley from Dear World… So it’s definitely not summer here in Australia, but Spring just started at the start of this month, and the weathers already getting a tad warmer!!
Lemonade: A book that started off bitter
Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard – I’d say it’s starts off bitter because of all the clichés that are so prevalent at the start of this book, but once you get into the story your blown away!
Golden Sun: A book that made you smile beyond compare
I think to this day the funniest book I have ever read was Seduction and Snacks by Tara Sivec – you literately – literately – laugh aloud for like 80% of this book.
Tropical Flowers: A book set in a foreign country
Literally every book I read is set in a country outside of Australia. Ah recently, Reawakened by Colleen Houck, set in Egypt
Tree Shade: A book in which mysterious or shady character was first introduced
Trouble is a Friend of Mine by Stephanie Tromly
Beach Sand: A book that was grainy, and the plot barely developed
That Summer by Sarah Dessen – not much at all happens in this book.
Green Grass: Character(s) that were full of life, making you smile
Levi from Fangirl – you can’t help but smile at every chapter Levi’s in. I love him!!
Watermelon: A book that had some juicy secrets
I don’t read a lot of mystery so I’m not sure about juicy secrets but a lot of shocking twists and truths come out in the first Others book Written in Red by Anne Bishop
Sun Hat: A book that had a vast, big universe/setting
Seven Realms series by Cinda Williams Chima – has a huge world – seven realms to be exact.
BBQ: A book which a character was portrayed as a hunk
Rowan from The Worldwalker Trilogy – mmhmm yes please!
I tag everyone!!! YAY for everyone!
