Monday Book Draw

monday book draw

Ahoy 🙂 So I feel like since uni started back I’ve been seriously dropping on my reading and therefore I haven’t had a lot to blog about 😦 . (Stupid school) So I’m going to try to start writing my posts out in advance so all I have to do is post them. Hopefully that way I wont fall behind (last week I forgot TTT, like how????) I went to Future Music Festival yesterday it was seriously amazing!! My feet are still saw and my ears are still ringing haha!

The Rules:

  1. I do a Monday Book Draw ever second Monday
  2. I’m allowed to draw two strips of paper out of the jar each week and choose which one I’d rather do.
  3. The book has to be read straight after I finish the current book I’m reading
  4. I can’t say start another book until I’ve finished the one I drew
  5. If the same title is drawn and not chosen (out of the two I draw) twice, the third time the title is drawn I HAVE to read it.
  6. I’m allowed to DNF the book if I truly don’t enjoy it.

19286673 (1) ddystopiaOh Yay! I’m totally going with Read a Dystopia because that means I can read Never Fade (The Darkest Minds #2) by Alexandra Bracken.

About Amy

I'm an 20 year old uni student who majors in procrastinating. It's wonderful really - many a great read was read because of it.

Really clever idea! I do something like this—TBR jar—but I always end up either looking for the strip of paper with my favourite book on it, or I ditch the whole thing entirely 😀

Exactly! And then there’s no point of a TBR jar—well, it does look pretty sitting there on the bookshelf. . . *admires said jar*

  2. I feel you! I haven’t been posting AT ALL because of school, it’s been really busy for me this semester. I know that’s not really an excuse and I’m so ashamed by the date on my last post, but education comes first.

I have a TBR jar as well and I’ve been drawing from that the last couple of months, it’s awesome! My friend has been relentlessly pushing me to read The Darkest Minds, is it that good?
